Yes Muches it is very rushed at the end. They could have done a lot better for the ending.

Actually, my heart goes out to the poor script writers now. They have to pack ALOT into an hour. I think they tried to do more than the show needed and thematically allowed.

Looking back on it, I think they could have knocked out 3-4 other episodes to get the consistency between the "climatic" episodes that so many people seem to be wanting and asking for. As they say, less is always more.

Jules I agree, better a real story arc then a bunch of filler eps. That said I suppose they thought the 6th season HAD a story arc, problem is they forgot what it was Smile

Haha! I know what it was. Death, sadness, and more sadness.

Plus a little depression in there and loneliness?

Yeah, that was it.

And there was starting a storyline and stopping it. I mean, if you really want to off Sully, OFF HIM. Don't write him into a corner. As a Sully fan, I shake my fist high in the air.

I agree with Jules, if they were going to kill Sully off then do it. But of course they would have had some very mad fans that is for sure. But we all know why that was done, because Joe asked to work only part time, since he was working on something else at the time. But I hated that. Either be there or be gone for good. My emotions ran high and low during season 6, the first time I was watching it wondering what was to become of Sully. Of course I would perfer him to stay full time in all the shows.

To revive yet another old topic...I guess I had noticed the ending too, but I just figured she was beyond exhaustion by that point, and her adrenaline was probably pumping from finally being home and from the little bit of suspense of making sure Custer followed through with his agreement. Her mind may have just been realizing just what she had been through during that time...I figured with all that, she just plain wasn't noticing the pain in her feet. I may have been wrong...that's just the impression I had formed in my mind when I saw it.

Sometimes an actor cuts off his nose to spite his face or something like that. They think that because they are being so successful on their current show that they leave it to do even better on better shows. Sometimes that never happens and they wish they never left their show. Sometimes it works. It worked for Joe when he left the soap and did DQ, but not when he left DQ partially.

Please could you tell me how many episodes, and the names if possible,Sully is missing? I mean in which ones we see 0 % of Sully.

I guess one is The Confort of Friends. I've seen this.
