Anne, I sometimes forget English ISN"T your first language. Actually that goes for pretty much everyone international here, I can't begin to come close to what you can do in English with my German efforts. I'm constantly amazed. I do agree that posting here would be a great way to improve one's english though and this is such a welcoming group, there is no need to feel shy or embarrassed. People will correct you IF you ask them to when necessary but otherwise, not to worry, we all understand each other just fine!

Please, feel free to correct me everytime it is necessary or if you want!
I always checked every day FriendsofJane in the past and now Thedqtimes
and I often would like to intervene in discussions -especially in the past-but apart from shyness, sometimes I'm not so sure to say the right thing in the right way( Embarassed) so I prefer being silent and watching.
By the way,I really believe Facebook helped me to become a little less insecure...(only a little less...), so now I trying to intervene or to thank if someone post something special about Jane.
Sara

What a long speech...

Going back to the original thread topic - I know most of us were really annoyed, even angered, seeing the way Jane was treated in this interview with these 'squawking hens' as I like to call them. This isn't the first time Jane has been treated rudely, disrespected, made fun of and what have you. As always our Jane, ever the Lady, held her head high with dignity and class. They could learn a lot from her...IF they'd ever shut their mouths long enough!!!!! Grrrr!!!....Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Anyway, I ran across this thread on The View's message board and figured we could all chip in our two cents, not just about the way Jane was treated, but about these hens' attitudes in general.
