The March 2008 Atlanta Spring Gift, Home Furnishings & Holiday and Atlanta International Fine Linen & Home Textiles Markets will feature actress Jane Seymour and noted interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland. The March markets run Saturday, March 8 through Monday, March 10.

Seymour and Ireland will individually present their own unique design and décor inspirations and methods, and industry trends. Both presentations will take place in AmericasMart 1, floor 10.

Seymour — in her new role as home decor designer — hopes to inspire her fans to find their own unique sense of style. And on Saturday, March 8 at 10 a.m., Seymour will offer an intimate look into her life with intimate interior photography of her Malibu, Calif., home. Complimentary copies of her new book, Making Yourself at Home will be available to retailers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ireland is renowned by Vogue Living magazine for her affable design style, marrying European and California elements. House Beautiful has also designated her “one of the top 10 designers in the U.S.” Ireland’s elegant yet decidedly eclectic style is comfortable and appeals to all ages. Ireland hallmarks include durability, coexistence of family heirlooms with more functional pieces, as well as layered and mismatched fabrics.

Ireland’s presentation also takes place on Saturday from 2-3 p.m. Autographed copies of her newly-released book Classic Country will be made available to retailers. Quantities are limited.
