Jane Seymour (48)has lived in America for more than 30 years but her heart is still in England. Not very surprising since the actress grew up here as a daughter of a British father and a Dutch mother.

For 17 years Jane has been the owner of St. Catherine's Court in Bath, a 16th Century old Mansion. Through the years Jane has restored and refurnished the castle into her dreamcastle. Several times per year Jane visits her home in England. When she is not in her dreamhouse she rents it out for $1300 per week. Although the price is outrageous the Mansion is already booked for the year.

"I have just finished filming in Canada and it was time for a short vacation", Jane tells.

With her husband James Keach, her children Kristopher, John ( the three years old twins) Sean (12) and Katie (17) she enjoys the days off. She rarely has time to spend much time with the kids due to her busy schedule.

"Christopher and John are always with me when I'm on the set, but that is different. It has always been a dream of mine to have a large family. I have two sisters and always wanted two more brothers."
Jane's marriage to manager David Flynn ended after 11 years. They had two children Katie and Sean. After the divorce Jane had financial problems. For two years she had to pay her ex-husband a large sum of money.

Jane: "I really thought I would have to sell St. Catherine's Court but luckily I was offered the role of Dr. Quinn, medicine woman and then I met James. We both already had two kids but we desperately wanted to have another child.

Doctors advised against it but I got pregnant and this time it was twins. We were twice as happy".

Jane has learned never to give up. When she was 17 years old she danced at the London Festival Ballet. A knee injury kept her from becoming a professional dancer.

Jane decided to pursue an acting career' a very good choice because since her breakthrough in the James Bond movie Live and Let Die Jane has had a great amount of work. With Dr Quinn now ended she plays in many movies, writes children's books with her husband and does a lot of volunteer work. But spending time with her children is her most favorite.

"I am a very happy person", Jane says, "if there is one thing I have learned in live is that money does not make you happy, your own family does!"
